The Center for Stable Change:
Where the Shock of Change finds the Rock of Hope
The Center for Stable Change was established on these premises:
- The only constant in our world is change.
- A universal, normal human reaction to change is resistance
- Resistance sabotages change efforts by preventing those
involved from "doing their part" to make the change
We help transform resistance to change into commitment and
We help individuals and organizations proactively and successfully
deal with non-stop change by assisting them to dissolve resistance
to change. Only when resistance is removed can people make
clear-headed decisions about how to solve the logical problems
of planning, implementing, and institutionalizing a change.
The Center for Stable Change was founded by Jerald Young,
